South West
About Us
Our South West Division brings together local authorities, industry, consultants and individuals from Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. This geographical spread means that we are definitely the longest Division in the organisation even if we are not the largest.
As well as promoting the aims of the UK organisation, the Division provides a forum for members in the region to discuss local issues and concerns, and ensure these are then taken into account at national level. Equally important is the opportunity to keep members informed on a range of national issues.
Members have the opportunity to:
- Attend regular Divisional Meetings
- Attend educational visits
- Access local activities and networks
- Attend conferences, seminars and training workshops
- Contribute to debate on environmental issues
- Support national campaigning activities
- Attend the Divisional AGMs
- Gain low cost, high quality CPD through attendance at Divisional Meetings.
